Main Characters

Dave.png

DAVE

Dave Davidson is an insecure bisexual who tries way too hard to win the affection of the man or woman he’s currently pursuing, constantly leading to schemes, farces, and irrational situations in which he is in way over his head. Dave has a bad case of executive dysfunction – his career prospects don’t really amount to much beyond food delivery and ride service; his social life isn’t exactly robust; and he lives rent-free in his grandmother’s house. Rather, Dave’s self-serving and misguided priorities in life are primarily on the dating front – finding “love” and “winning” approval.

GrannyDave.png

GRANNY DAVE

Miriam “Granny Dave” Davidson is Dave’s hot blooded nymphomaniac grandmother — and also his roommate. While she is Dave’s best friend and confidant, she’s also prone to throwing him under the bus if it suits her interest. Luckily, Granny Dave’s interests are usually altruistic – she has a strong sense of justice and will fight for what she thinks is right, even if she doesn’t always do it in the most ethical ways. Campy, witty, and bawdy are just some of the words that can describe the larger-than-life persona that is Granny Dave.

Also living on Granny Dave’s modest estate are Fin, Becky, and Theo. Being the altruistic ally that she is, over time, Granny Dave has offered these various LGBTQ-aligning people with nowhere else to go a safe-haven to live in rent-free. As such, Granny Dave has accumulated Fin, Becky, and Theo, who all live out back in the pool house – or, as it’s lovingly dubbed, “Granny Dave’s Shack of Queers.”

Secondary Characters
("The Shack of Queers")

Fin.png

FIN

Fin Littlesnake is an aspiring actor who identifies as asexual. However, this doesn’t mean Fin won’t hook up – rather Fin will play any role as long as it furthers his career. In complete contrast to the romantic Dave, Fin is aromantic and operates purely from a place of self-advancement – he’ll somewhat sociopathically have sex with anyone as long as it means landing the part. In fact, he even marries Dave in the episode “The Wedding,” and then promptly divorces Dave as soon as the marriage stops benefiting Fin’s career.

Becky.png

BECKY

Becky Fullilove is a gold-star lesbian and self-proclaimed hippie. However, despite her spirituality and free-spirited facade, she’s unbelievably petty, stubborn and disagreeable – she very easily gets fixated on the small things and will stubbornly obsess over correcting whatever or whoever is wrong. Becky has a vision of what it looks like to be living her best life and doesn't like to be put out of that comfort zone, so if anyone harshes her mellow, she will happily ruin their life. (But, she will always say Namaste before doing so.)

Theo.png

THEO

Theodore Kelly is a Furry – as such he is typically seen around the poolhouse donned in his fursuit. To match his exterior, Theo’s personality is that of an easily persuadable puppy – he is much more naive, optimistic, and gullible than the other characters that he has surrounded himself with. As such, he is often steamrolled, manipulated, and roped into the various schemes of Dave, Granny Dave, or the rest of his roommates in the Shack.

To add a little gravitas and time-sensitivity to the show, in the first season, Granny Dave is unfortunately on the verge of losing her humble estate due to mounting unpaid property taxes – which would put herself (as well as all the helpless queers she houses) out on the streets. This plot thread simmers throughout the first season, as we periodically check in on Granny Dave’s quest to conceal this truth from her dependents, as well as her mission to raise the money needed to save her LGBTQ refuge from being repossessed.

Tertiary Characters

Leonard.png

LEONARD

Leonard Williams is many things to Granny Dave. She first hired Leonard to be her trusty poolboy, and then, like a porno come true, she seduced him and they started fucking on the regular. After pillow talk revealed Leonard’s true ambitions of becoming a certified accountant, Granny Dave decided to put him in charge of her finances. So now Leonard helps facilitate Granny Dave’s owed property tax payments – whenever he’s not rooting around in pool filters or in Granny Dave, that is.

DrBearenstein.png

DR. BEARENSTEIN

Dr. Lin Bearenstein is Dave's paternal STD doctor who Dave sees so often that Dr. Bearenstein allotted him a custom pricing system dubbed "The Infinity Package." Earnest and meditative, Dr. Bearenstein serves as a therapeutic outlet to whom Dave can turn to for advice on his dating plans while getting a checkup. However, Dr. Bearenstein is typically nothing more than a sounding board for Dave, as his advice is usually too sensible and straight-thinking to be taken seriously.

DannyGrave.png

DANI GRAVE

Dani Grave is the part drag queen, part comedian, part bartender master of ceremonies employed at the local West Hollywood bar named “Hole” that Dave and co frequent. Formerly known by the drag name “Danliteful,” she redid her whole drag persona around Granny Dave after meeting her — having found her to be “queen,” “mother,” and “everything.” In season one, she has a quick fling with Dave, but despite the relationship not working out, Dani Grave is still always down to hang out with the gang whenever Dave and co visit Hole.

Madeline.png

MADELINE

Madeline Wanda-Cruz is Dave’s matchmaker. Because apparently Tinder, Bumble and Grindr aren’t enough, Dave also had to hire a professional dating agency to help him find “the one.” However, unfortunately for Dave, Madeline’s skills as a matchmaker are of dubious competency. Despite this, she’s cheerful, peppy, and above all, luckily has the stick-to-itiveness to never give up on Dave despite his equally incompetent results when it comes to dating.

Ricky.png

RICKY

Ricky Wanda-Cruz is Madeline’s twinkish and effeminate husband. She often cites him as the reason for her job – that she wants everyone to find “their Ricky.” However, despite this, Dave and co are all very suspicious of Ricky’s sexuality as a straight (or even bisexual) male. In fact, everyone is convinced that Ricky is actually fully gay. So while Dave finds Ricky attractive, he’ll have to hold out on asking Ricky on a date until the potential (inevitable) day when Ricky comes out of the closet and ends his marriage with Madeline.

Main Locations

The Patio

ThePatio.png

The Patio is the show’s iconic main location, appearing in most every episode. Here is a chill, backyard pool in West Hollywood at which five unemployed queers all lounge around, cookout, and chat.

In the context of the show, The Patio serves as this show’s Krusty Krab, Central Perk, Cheers… The place for Dave, Granny Dave, and the Shack to convene – for these various characters to share what’s going on in their respective lives. And these impassioned poolside discussions can alter the course of a character’s story via advice from another character, or even inspire branching plots from other characters when presented with new ideas from another.

At the Patio, we’ll commonly see Granny Dave enjoying the water and a drink; Fin on the grill; Becky getting a tan; and Dave and Theo sitting poolside. The Patio is the ritualistic rendezvous at which these five’s unlikely comradery solidifies.

The Davidson House

DavidsonHouse.png

While much of the scenes back at the house will take place on the Patio, the house in which Dave and Granny Dave habitat is of course another prominent location in the show. Here we can more intimately observe the roommate relationship between Dave and Granny Dave, and utilize the more private space to do scenes that more closely focus on Granny Dave and Dave without the Shack of Queers stealing focus.

The Pool House

Poolhouse.png

Also known as “The Shack,” the Pool House is where Fin, Theo, and Becky all live, rent-free. This unpermitted backyard home is chaotic and tightly packed due to the fact that Fin, Becky and Theo all share one bedroom and one bathroom.

Secondary Locations

Hole

Hole.png

Hole is a local bar and frequent haunt of Dave and co. While not specifically a gay bar (which still allows Dave to potentially meet girls here as well as guys), Hole is still located on Santa Monica Blvd just down the street from the main WeHo club scene, so it still naturally has a lot of gay culture permeating through its hallowed halls.

In the context of the show, Hole serves as a regular location for these characters to occasionally go to to meet people of all genders and sexualities to kick off new dating plots. And of course, Hole is also simply a place for our characters to kick back and party.

Dr. Bearenstein's Office

DrBearensteinsOffice.png

Dave is both neurotic and constantly searching for the right sexual partner – as such, it’s natural that Dave would frequently find himself visiting the venereal clinic. So Dave is a regular patient at Dr. Bearenstein’s office – and whenever stopping by, Dave usually can’t help but take the opportunity to talk about himself and fish for advice from Dr. Bearenstein on whatever dating farce Dave is currently cooking up. And Dr. Bearenstein usually obliges, so this medical treatment office also doubles as a therapy office for Dave. As such, a common sight at the clinic may be Dave having an earnest chat about his dating prospects while peeing in a cup in front of Dr. Bearenstein.

Madeline and Ricky's House

MadelinesHouse.png

This well-to-do, “millennial gray” house in Brentwood is where Dave goes to meet with his matchmaker, Madeline. As such, scenes at Madeline’s naturally frequently kick off new dating plots for Dave.

However, Madeline’s House also provides a minor “will-they-won’t-they” to bubble throughout the show – as whenever Dave’s at Madeline’s, he can’t help but scrutinize the sexuality of Madeline’s fem husband, Ricky. And while Dave would love to go on a date with Ricky, he’ll have to wait until the potential day in which Ricky and Madeline are no longer married. So for now, Dave will continue to pursue the dating candidates that Madeline offers, but much of the reason Dave actually goes to Madeline’s House is to plant the seeds of a relationship with Ricky prior to Ricky's inevitable closet-exit.

The Orgy

Ep1TheOrgy.png

In an effort to impress an orgy-obsessed hunk named John, Dave decides to orchestrate the greatest orgy ever. However, in order to ensure Dave has one-on-one time to get to know John at this orgy extravaganza, Dave enlists the help of the asexual Fin to merely act as "orgy bouncer," and obstruct other orgy patrons from ever getting too close to John. However, matters complicate when John falls for Fin after confusing Fin's aggressive security-guarding as sexual dominance – and to make matters worse, Fin finds out John may be related to Steven Spielberg, and not wanting to pass up the opportunity to further his acting career, Fin starts pursing John himself.

All the while, Granny Dave is utilizing Dave's orgy scheme as a money-making opportunity, after she discovers that she's on the verge of losing her humble estate due to mounting unpaid property taxes. Granny Dave charges orgy patrons an admittance fee behind Dave's back, but matters complicate when various factors threaten to cancel the orgy prematurely. Not wanting all the orgy-goers to come demanding refunds, Granny Dave has to do everything in her power to ensure the orgy finishes to completion.

The Crossing Guard

Ep2TheCrossingGuard.png

After narrowly avoiding being hit by an oncoming Porsche, Dave finds himself developing a crush on Lou, the crossing guard who saved him. In an effort to have Lou feel the same way that Dave feels, Dave asks Granny Dave to nearly hit Lou with a car so that Dave can save his life too. However, the plan goes horribly wrong when Granny Dave develops an attraction to Lou, so she decides to hit Dave with her car instead, in order to take him out of the running. By the time Dave comes out of the hospital, Granny Dave is already dating Lou. Thus, Dave tries to sabotage Granny Dave and Lou's relationship, and Dave and Granny Dave go toe-to-toe, dueling to win Lou’s heart.

Meanwhile, after hearing about Dave's near-miss with the Porsche, Becky decides that it's time she fulfills her lifelong dream of test-driving a luxury vehicle. She enlists Theo's help, as he's the only member of the Shack of Queers with a license. But when the Porsche dealership sees Theo in his fursuit, they deny him the right to a test-drive, and Becky and Theo protest what they claim is a "hate crime against Furries."

The Lost Dog

Ep3TheLostDog.png

Dave sees a beautiful girl on a "lost dog" flier named Kelsey. As an excuse to introduce himself, Dave gets a dog from the pound that looks extremely similar to hers as a conversation starter. The plan is to present the lookalike dog to Kelsey, then Dave will apologize for the confusion and invite her to dinner. The next day at Kelsey’s house, Dave’s plan hits a snag when Kelsey insists that she and Dave start trying to find the lookalike dog’s owner, (Kelsey is of course none the wiser that the lookalike dog’s owner is in fact Dave).

Meanwhile, all of these conversations about dogs inspires Becky to adopt a Golden Lab named Fluffy. But when Fluffy arrives in the mail severely overweight, Becky borrows Fin’s Ozempic and shoots Fluffy up in the hopes of giving her new furry friend a glow-up. But Becky learns that like chocolate, Ozempic is not meant for dogs.

And while Dave and Becky are off dealing with their canine misadventures, Granny Dave is faced with repaying some unpaid property tax payments, so she decides to commit insurance fraud to raise money. Schemes include attempting personal injury fraud by orchestrating a slip and fall incident at the grocery store with Theo, as well as blowing up her car.

Dani Grave

Ep4DannyGrave.png

Dave dates Daniel, the struggling drag bartender at Hole. However, unfortunately, when Dave takes Daniel home, Daniel becomes enamored by Granny Dave and decides to base his new drag persona around her – which he dubs “Dani Grave”. Dave is having difficulty having sex with this drag queen that is rapidly growing identical to his grandmother, so Dave has to come up with a way to obstruct Daniel's transformation in order to continue dating him.

Meanwhile, after Fin, Becky, and Theo all bring home three dates at the same time one night, the three are in a "sexile standoff". They argue about who should have the right to use the Shack for so long that eventually all their dates just walk out. So in an effort to avoid this from happening again, Fin, Becky and Theo decide to hire a mathematician to concoct a fool-proof “sexile algorithm” that can digest a vast array of variables to calculate a formula that can objectively determine who gets to sexile the others should a situation like this occur once more.

The Infestation

Ep5TheInfestation.png

While at Madeline’s house for a brainstorm about potential suitors, Dave falls for Tatiana, Madeline’s gorgeous, voluptuous exterminator that keeps passing by in the other room. Totally smitten, Dave goes to great lengths to create the perfect roach-infested hell-hole of a home that can be worthy of Tatiana’s exterminating talents by leasing a decrepit studio apartment in a basement of one of DTLA’s seediest lofts.

Once Dave's new apartment is fully stocked with roaches, ants, and slugs, he calls up the extermination company, but this time they send Daryl, a homely and undesirable exterminator. Turns out that Tatiana no longer deals with insects, as she was recently promoted to "reptile duty." Not one to give up, Dave takes it upon himself to buy a bushel of snakes and populate his apartment with those. All the while, his seedy neighbors are losing their minds over the sudden and mysterious influx of abnormal pests slithering around the apartment building – and their witch hunt for the culprit puts Dave (and his plan to court Tatiana) right in the crosshairs.

Meanwhile, Granny Dave meets Gary, a homeless gay whose Christian, Right-Wing parents threw him out of their house upon finding his stash of hardcore gay porn. Feeling bad for the stray gay, Granny Dave invites Gary to come stay at her house. But once given a bed to sleep in, Gary rapidly develops into a tyrannical queen and soon calls up his other stray gays, filling Granny Dave’s home with an army of queer squatters. In fact, Granny Dave is quickly pushed out of her own home and instead starts living in the backyard, where she goes full Bear Grylls.

Feeling bad for poor old Granny Dave, Theo tries to get Gary and his ilk to leave. However, Gary lies and easily manipulates Theo, convincing him that the quickest way for them to clear out of Granny Dave's house is for Theo to bring Gary forty hits of ecstasy for him and his friends to enjoy. So, the bamboozled Theo embarks on a sordid quest for drugs throughout the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles.

Sugar

Ep6SugarDaddies.png

Dave goes on a date with a cute twink named Matt, who assumes Dave is rich and that Dave is willing to be Matt’s sugar daddy. Not wanting to disappoint, Dave decides to assume the role. However, because Dave is actually poor, he quickly realizes that his current setup is unsustainable. So Dave decides to get a sugar daddy for himself to subsidize his own sugar baby. However Dave is quickly spread too thin amidst the challenge of pleasing both his baby and daddy.

Meanwhile, inspired by Dave’s sugar daddy ponzi scheme, Granny Dave decides to manipulate some horny idiots too in order to fund some more of her unpaid property tax payments. She enlists Fin's help, suggesting that if they combined her rolodex of horny geriatrics with Fin's ability to have sex with people for personal gain, they'd be raking it in. However, unfortunately for Fin, this business agreement quickly develops into something more akin to a pimp/prostitute dynamic.

Who Pooped in the Pool?

Ep7WhoPoopedInThePool.png

Sick of everyone always bickering on the Patio, Granny Dave decides to throw a pool party in order to restore peace to her squabbling queers. However, at the pool party, a turd is eventually found floating in the pool, which obviously cancels the event – and Granny Dave is furious. She believes that Dave, Fin, Becky, and Theo all had a reason for ruining the party, whether it was out of spite, an unwillingness to make amends, or simply conflicting plans for the day of the pool party. So, in this poo-dunnit, Granny Dave decides to get to the bottom of the case – and she threatens that whichever “asshole” took a shit in her pool will have hell to pay. Eventually the perp is revealed, and their unusual motive is brought to light.

The Trial

Ep8TheTrial.png

Dave and Becky are selected to serve on the jury for the all-but-confirmed murder case of Markenson vs The State of California. But unfortunately for the state of California, Dave is unable to be an impartial jury member because he thinks Markenson is hot. So in a 12 Angry Men-esque fashion, Dave has to convince the rest of the jury that Markenson is innocent. But it’s proving hard with the overwhelmingly guilty evidence against him. As such, Dave switches strategies and instead tries to convince his peers of how hot Markenson is, and how the real crime would be locking that face away for life. Eventually, Dave is able to convince all of his fellow peers, except for Becky the gold-star lesbian.

Meanwhile, Leonard decides that he thinks it's time he and Granny Dave make their relationship exclusive. However, Granny Dave doesn’t think Leonard (or any one man for that matter) would be able to fully satisfy her in all the ways she needs. Leonard refutes this and promises that he can do it. Impressed by Leonard’s resolve, Granny Dave figures “eh, what the hell” and suggests a trial: The two will try out a closed relationship for 72 hours where Leonard must fulfill Granny Dave’s every sexual desire regardless of when, where, or why. And if Leonard fails to service her at any point during this 72-hour period, then their relationship will remain open forever.

Yiffing

Ep9Yiffing.png

Theo meets a Furry named Aurora who's a perfect match for him, and the two start dating. As Dave watches this whirlwind Furry romance, he's fascinated by the speed at which Theo’s relationship with Aurora had developed. So Dave theories that “maybe that’s just how Furries do things, you know? Kinda like lesbians.” Thus, Dave posits that maybe if he was a Furry, it could fast-track him towards being loved by someone. So Dave starts online-dating a Furry named StarWolf69, but matters complicate severely when Theo accidentally sleeps with StarWolf69, as she and Aurora turn out to be roommates. And due to everyone’s identities being concealed by fursuits, it seems that Theo mistook StarWolf69 for Aurora, and StarWolf69 mistook Theo for Dave.

Additionally, after Granny Dave knits Dave a fursuit for his first in-person date with StarWolf69, word gets out that Granny Dave is making fursuits for cheap – so she's quickly swarmed with desperate customers who want to become Furries. It seems as though the high price of a fursuit is what’s been bottlenecking many closeted Furries from entering the community – and who is Granny Dave to refuse these troubled queers access to their fetish?

Meanwhile, with Theo busy in his new relationship with Aurora, Fin finds himself with no little buddy to hang out and watch TV with. So, in an effort to replace Theo, Fin puts out a “casting call” mass text to his network of acting friends. In the “casting call,” Fin requests that actors show up in animal costumes to run a lengthy scene with him for the role of “Leo”. This "audition" mostly consists of sitting on the couch watching TV with Fin, however.

The Painting

Ep10ThePainting.png

Dave falls for an avant-garde artist named Juliette, and through a series of double entendres and misunderstandings, Dave is led to believe that Juliette’s latest painting is not made from paint, but rather made from her period blood. In an effort to “get onto her artistic level,” Dave decides to make some avant-garde art of his own.

Meanwhile, seeing an opportunity to win big, Granny Dave decides to get into the art scene to capitalize off of Dave’s new girlfriend’s work of art.

Back at the Shack, Fin and Becky feel that they are surrounded by philistines, so they decide to buy their own painting to hang in the Shack to show everyone else just how sophisticated and artsy they are. However, after getting manipulated by a smarmy art dealer who picks up on their collective lack of art knowledge and abundance of narcissism, Fin and Becky get saddled with a disturbing painting of Satan masturbating. Not wanting to look plebeian in front of the other, Fin and Becky both pretend to love it, while the painting haunts them day and night.

The Release

Ep11TheRelease.png

After Becky is arrested for public indecency when she takes her top off at a lesbian volleyball meetup at Santa Monica Pier, she uses her one phone call to ask Granny Dave for help. Granny Dave attempts to pay Becky's bail, but Chief Carson explains that he can't do that because Becky is a repeat offender. So instead, Granny Dave decides to "fuck the police" in order to free Becky. Thus, Granny Dave seduces Chief Carson, but refuses to ever let him “finish,” constantly blue balling the old man. One night, Chief Carson is desperate for sexual release, so Granny Dave explains that the only way he’s getting release is if Becky gets release too. So Chief Carson cums and Becky gets to go home. However, following that, a breaking news story informs Granny Dave that there’s been another blatant case of lesbians getting wrongfully imprisoned. And just then, Chief Carson shows up at her door, explaining that their sex last night was the best sex of his life. So Granny Dave gets stuck in a cycle where she has to keep dating the Police Chief in order to free these innocent lesbians, but Chief Carson’s sexual release is so satisfying that he just keeps locking up more civilians in order to keep Granny Dave coming back.

Meanwhile, while accompanying Becky to Santa Monica Pier, Dave bumps into Augustina, an Austrian Duchess on holiday in Los Angeles. She takes a liking to Dave, but Dave only has eyes for her hot interpreter named Steve. Steve likes Dave back, but he refuses to mix his personal and professional lives – and most importantly, he cannot betray Duchess Augustina. However, Dave devises a plan to seduce Steve by proxy: Dave will pitch woo to Augustina, but his words are meant for Steve. However, Dave gets carried away while flirting with “Augustina,” and the non-gender-specific dirty talk quickly turns very gay, which Steve accidentally translates to Augustina in the heat of the moment, which naturally leaves the Duchess furious.

The Homophobe

Ep12TheHomophobe.png

Dave is dating Randi, an incredible girl who happens to be egregiously homophobic. Disgusted by anti-queer people, Granny Dave begs Dave to break up with this girl, but Dave thinks he can make it work by hiding his sexual fluidity from Randi. Granny Dave begrudgingly promises to keep Dave’s secret, but wanting what’s best for her grandson, she concots ways to “out” Dave to Randi without explicitly saying he’s queer – such as by hiring a fleet of sexy speedo boys to arouse Dave in front of Randi. When that doesn’t work, Granny Dave gifts Dave a neon green dildo that stains Dave’s butthole glow-in-the-dark. Now Dave must hide his glowing sphincter from Randi lest she learns Dave enjoys buttplay.

Meanwhile, Becky is tired of being single so she signs up for a one-on-one session with Dave's matchmaker Madeline. However, Becky can barely focus on her matchmaking session, as she quickly becomes obsessed with Madeline's husband Ricky. Becky finds his mannerisms extremely gay and her pettiness won't allow her to let it go – so she embarks on a mission to get Ricky to admit the truth about his sexuality.

The Wedding

Ep13TheWeddingGradient.png

Fin's acting dreams are finally within reach after he's offered the lead role of Armand Goldman in a dramatic remake of The Birdcage. However, what Fin didn't realize is that the director was explicitly looking to hire a gay married man to embody the raw truth of the role. Fin lies and says he's married, but the director doesn't believe him. So, in an effort to prove the director wrong and secure the role, Fin desperately tries to find some gullible sucker to marry him before Friday. He goes on a date with a fat 40-year-old man who lives with his mom; he propositions a homeless crack addict; but ultimately none of them are as desperate as Dave.

Meanwhile, after Granny Dave has a terrible one-night-stand, Granny Dave realizes that she only has so many years left on this earth – moreover, she only has so many orgasms left, and she can’t waste them on limpdick duds. So Granny Dave decides to hire a “sexual assistant” – someone who can pre-screen Granny Dave’s potential lays and filter the quality fucks upwards.

The Mixer

Ep14TheMixer.png

This bottle episode will follow Dave, Granny Dave, Fin, Becky, and Theo’s trip to Madeline’s House for her annual mixer. As such, this episode will constantly shift between following each of these characters’ five respective dating stories that they experience at this mixer extravaganza: Dave tries to sleep with Ricky; Theo attempts to try dating outside of his fursuit; Becky meets a girl who's perfect for her, but Becky can't stop fixating on this girl's wasteful buffet habits; the asexual Fin is infuriated when he's hounded by a horny gentleman suitor; and Granny Dave finds herself with too many suitors to count, so she proposes a competition to decide who gets to take her home that night.

Season 1 Finale

Granny Dave's Big Score

Ep15GrannyDavesBigScore.png

Inspired by an underwhelming Pride, Granny Dave decides to launch her own block party to raise enough money to pay off her property tax debt once and for all. She enlists the help of Fin, Becky, and Theo to create a violent diversion to distract the city's police force so that Granny Dave can execute her illegal, unlicensed block party without a hitch.

Meanwhile, through a series of inexplicable happenings, Dave starts dating Mayor Jane, the Mayor of West Hollywood. But Mayor Jane takes issue with Granny Dave, and their tension not only poses a serious threat to the success of Granny Dave's block party, but it also places Granny Dave’s financial freedom in harm's way.

Seasons 2, 3, 4, and Beyond

We believe that there are endless stories to tell with Dave, Granny Dave, and their supporting cast of desperate misfits. We have countless narrative concepts for these five very flawed, very proactive characters, and believe that an episodic comedy like this has the life and legs to go on for many years to come.
